MINUTES OF November 30, 2006 MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. at Brady Martz.

Members present: Katy Allers, Bob Anderson, Rick Awalt, Karla Backes, Kim Burckhard, Wanda Dobrovolny, Kristi Feist, Mike Gaddie, Jim Kasper, Dean Rubbelke, Janelle Schell, Jenny Steckler, Steve Wald, Fr. Walter, and Fr. Zimmer, Fr. Harvey, Fr. Lindemann
Members Absent: Don Burke, Bob Crockett, Gregg Magnuson, Terresa Schulenberg
Ex-Officio Present: Kevin Harmon, Barb Johnson, Brenda Nush, and Gary Volk
Ex-Officio Absent: Terry Voiles
III. Recommended Action
A. Motion by Mike Gaddie and seconded by Jim Kasper to approve the minutes of the October 2006 meeting, with the correction of Don Burke, Present. Motion passed, all ayes.
B. Motion by Rick Awalt and seconded by Fr. Harvey to accept the financial statements for October, 2006, and to approve bills for check #21090-21272; ck #54369-54535. Motion passed.
C. Additional Agenda Items: None.
IV. Bob Crockett and Gregg Magnuson arrived - board moved to work session on the 2007-2008 School Budget. Following the work session, it was decided not to hold a December Board meeting, and to meet for another work session on December 14.
