2008-2009 Tuition Schedule
The tuition fees for the 2008-2009 school year for Minot Catholic Schools is summarized below. Based on an enrollment of 487 students (Pre-school - Grade 12), our cost to educate a student at Minot Catholic Schools is $5,200. Our goal is for parents/students to pay 50% of this cost, 28% to be covered with fundraising and donations, and 22% to be subsidized by the four Minot Catholic Parishes and the Diocese. The Minot Catholic Schools distinguishes between sponsoring and non-sponsoring parishes because of the generous subsidies that sponsoring parishes contribute. Sponsored rates apply to currently registered members of Little Flower Church, Our Lady of Grace, St John's or St. Leo's Catholic Church.

A non-refundable $30 registration
fee will be charged for students in Pre-School - Grade 12.
PAID-IN-FULL DISCOUNT
Tuition that is paid in full prior to August 1, 2008, will receive a 2% discount. All other payments must be automatically withdrawn from checking, savings or credit card through the "FACTS" Tuition Management Company. "FACTS" has an annual, per-family fee of $38.
SCHOLARSHIPS AND WORK STUDY
All families may apply for scholarships and workstudy. All applications for scholarships must be submitted to the office of the Superintendent. Scholarships are awarded by May 10.
